Design consultation - We can spend a morning or afternoon with you at home talking through your project and offering advice on how best to achieve a space with identity and soul. We’ll help you to clarify what it is you want to achieve and provide you with a design brief. We can produce rough sketches or CAD drawings based on this for you to use. This session will help to you to make decisions on your project and offer our input into your design. The stories behind our purchases now matter as much as their aesthetic or funcional qualities and we can also advise on how to be as socially conscious and sustainable as possible along the way. This service will be offered on a per hour basis (we’ll discuss the number of hours with you in advance)
Sourcing and Bespoke Pieces
We offer a sourcing and refurbishment service finding pieces with a story that provide soul and elevate your interiors with their unique design. We are drawn to designs with a rich history whether that’s rare archirect design or heirloom antique pieces. We can seek out single pieces or source for a whole room or house.
Planning and Specifying - We can produce CAD floor plans based on our recommendations for you to use or for us to implement. We can also do beautiful computer generated or hand produced 3d visuals.
We can specify and source furniture, fittings, soft furnishings and wall colours for each room based on the brief we’ve created in consultation with you. We have a focus on socially conscious design, working with social enterprises, local tradespeople, and sourcing heirloom pieces with a story.
When this is all agreed we can procure all of this at competitive prices or you can source it yourself.
Bespoke carpentry and soft furnishings- We can work with our specialists to design unique carpentry from wardrobes to full kitchens and/or soft furnishings for your project- ,producing technical drawings and sourcing samples as required. We can then coordinate our expert craftspeople to make these unique pieces for you.
Project overseeing- Based on our plans for your home we can oversee a build from start to finish working with our exceptional contractors. We can offer site visits on an hourly basis to oversee a project.
We can produce a schedules of work and project plan.
Installation and styling
We will oversee the install including coordinating the schedule for deliveries and pick ups. We also offer a styling and dressing service for shoots and show homes.
